NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 13th March, 2024 No. A-12(11)3/2023-E.I.―In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 97 read with clause (xxi) of sub-section (2) and sub-section (2A) of that section and sub-section (2) of section 17 of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation hereby rescinds the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, Senior Deputy Director Recruitment Regulations, 2018 published in the Gazette of India (Weekly), Part III, Section 4, dated the 15th December, 2018, vide Notification No. A-12(11)3/2017-Estt. I, dated the 13th December, 2018.
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
