1. म1 इन जवजनयौ कग भारतीय प्रजतस्ट्प धा ा ययगग मौददरिकक िाजस्ट्त क वसूली क रीजत संिगधन जवजनयौ, 2021 कैा िाएगा। म2 य ेसरकारी रािपत्र ौ ेंइनके प्रकािन क जतजथ स ेप्रवतत् त ै गे।
2. भारतीय प्रजतस्ट् पधाा ययगग मौददरिकक िाजस्ट्त क वसूली क रीजत जवजनयौ, 2011 ौ,ें
(1) जवजनयौ 3 ौ,ें उप-जवजनयौम3 ौें ‘‘िीर् ा सं. 1475.00.105.05’’ अजभव्यजि के पश्चात यन े वाली अजभव्यजि ‘‘उप-िीर्ा - 05’’ कग अजभव्यजि ‘‘उप-िीर्ा -00’’ से प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाए।

सं. यर-40007/जवजनयौ-वसूली/अजधसूचना/04-सीसीयई के ौाध्यौ से संिगजधत दकए गए थे। THE COMPETITION COMMISSION OF INDIA
NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th February, 2021 [The Competition Commission of India (Manner of Recovery of Monetary Penalty) Amendment Regulations, 2021] (No. 1 of 2021) No. R-40007/Reg-Recovery/Noti/2021-CCI. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of Sub-Section (2) of Section 64, read with Section 36 and Sub-Section (1) of Section 39 of the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003), the Competition Commission of India hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Competition Commission of India (Manner of Recovery of Monetary Penalty) Regulations 2011, namely:-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Competition Commission of India (Manner of Recovery of Monetary Penalty) Amendment Regulations, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. In the Competition Commission of India (Manner of Recovery of Monetary Penalty) Regulations, 2011,-
(1) In Regulation 3, in Sub-regulation (3), the word “Sub-Head – 05” appearing after the word “Head No. 1475.00.105.05” shall be substituted with the word “Sub-Head-00”.
(2) In Form-1 appended to the regulations, the word “Sub-Head -05” appearing after the words in the account head 1475.00.105.05, shall be substituted with the word “Sub-Head-00.”
(3) In Form-II, appended to the regulations, under the column head of account, “Sub-Head 05” appearing after the words “Head 1475.00.105.05”, in column, shall be substituted with the word “Sub-Head 00.” S. GHOSH DASTIDAR, Secy.
