(7)(133)/2010 , तारीख 09 फरवरी 2010 के माध्यम से 13 िनवरी, 2010 स े चार्टडट अकाउंर्ेंर् जवजनयम, 1988 के जवजनयम 159(1) के अधीन रतलाम म ें मध्य भारत प्रादेजिक िररषद ्की िाखा की स्ट्थािना की थी । अब, िूवोक्त अजधसूचना को आंजिक रूि से उिांतररत करत े हुए, संस्ट्थान की िररषद चार्टडट एकाउंर्ेंट्स जवजनयमन, 1988 के जवजनयम 159(1) के अधीन आईसीएआई की सीआईआरसी की रतलाम िाखा की अजधकाररता म ें िावरा, नामली, खाचरोद और सैलाना को सजममजलत दकए िाने को अजधसूजचत करती ह ै । आईसीएआई की सीआईआरसी की रतलाम िाखा की अजधकाररता म ें ऊिर उजल्लजखत नगरों को सजममजलत करन े की प्रभावी तारीख 08 िनवरी, 2025 होगी । सीए. NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27 February, 2025 No. 1-CA (7)/225/2025.—Whereas the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India vide

notification no. 1-CA (7)(133)/2010 dated 09th February 2010 w.e.f 13th January 2010 had set up a Branch of Central India Regional Council at Ratlam under Regulation 159(1) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988.

Now in partial modification of the aforesaid notification, the Council of the Institute hereby notify to include Jaora, Namli, Khachrod & Sailana in the Jurisdiction of Ratlam Branch of CIRC of ICAI under Regulation 159(1) of the Chartered Accountants Regulation, 1988.

The effective date to include above mentioned cities in the Jurisdiction of Ratlam Branch of CIRC of ICAI shall be January 08th, 2025.

notification no. 1.CA.(7)/(131)2010 dated 06th February 2010 w.e.f 13th January 2010 had set up a Branch of Central India Regional Council at Pali under Regulation 159(1) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988.

Now in partial modification of the aforesaid notification, the Council of the Institute hereby notify the detachment of Sumerpur from the Jurisdiction of Pali Branch of CIRC of ICAI.

The effective date of detachment of Sumerpur (Rajasthan) from the Jurisdiction of Pali Branch of CIRC of ICAI will be January 08th, 2025.
