NOTIFICATION Jaipur, the 25th August, 2026 S.O. 4760(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20 F of Railways (Amendment) Act,2008 (11 of 2008) (hereafter referred to as the said Act), The Government of Rajasthan vide their letter No. प 26(37) परर / रेलवे / भू.आ. /2021/ dated 20.08.2026 has recommended the District Collector, Udaipur as Arbitrator. Therefore, the Central Government hereby appoints the arbitrator mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the special railway projects of “Development of Coach Maintenance Facilities at Umra” and “Doubling between Umra to Debari (Length 24.78 Km.)” in the State of Rajasthan relating to District mentioned in Column (3) of the said Table for the purpose of execution, maintenance , management and operation.
