NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 11th August, 2026 F. No. 11/04/partfile/H-DOP/2026/718-731.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of
section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint Sh.
Akhand Pratap Singh, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the State before the Ld. Trial Court, as well before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, in the matter of case FIR No.
77/2018, U/s 3/4 MCOC Act & 25 Arms Act, PS-Special Cell, New Delhi on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 16.12.2025:- S.
