No. DSIIDC/SE(Env.)/Cabinet Note/TSDF/2018/3872-3882.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 21 and Schedule VII of the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Trans-boundary Movement) Rules, 2016, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby notify the site at land measuring 14 acre having Latitude 28°47'54.0"N Longitude 77°03'46.0"E, as of now known as part of Sector 5, Bawana, adjacent to Delhi Municipal Solid Waste Solutions Limited Waste to Energy Plant, Delhi-110039 as site for Common Hazardous and Other Waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF) with incinerator.
