Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Competent Authority, is pleased to appoint Advocates Sh. Akhand Pratap Singh and Suraj Rathi as Special Public Prosecutors to represent Delhi Police in the Hon’ble Trial Court, in the matter of case FIR No. 224/2023, u/s 13/16/17/18/22C UA (P) Act & 153-A/120-B IPC, P.S Spl. Cell, New Delhi on the following fee structure as given by Delhi Police:- Sh.
