NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 31st May, 2023 No. F. 1/54/2023-Judl./Suptlaw/ 1073-1080.—In pursuance of the provisions of Rule 12 of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970, as amended up to date, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint the following candidates as member of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service pursuant to their passing of the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2022, held under rule 7(b), against regular vacant posts in order of their inter se seniority in Delhi Judicial Service on probation, for a period of two years w.e.f. the date they assume the charge of their office.

2. Ms. Anjani Mahajan

3. Mr. Kapil Kumar

4. Mr. Shirish Aggarwal

5. Ms. Sheetal Chaudhary Pradhan

2. The above appointment shall be subject to the provisions of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date and other orders/instructions as may be applicable to the officers of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service from time to time.

3. The post carries the scale of pay of members of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rs.131100 – 216600 in level 13A of matrix of 7th CPC Revised Corresponding Pay matrix and Pay Level plus allowances as admissible under the Rules.
