NOTIFICATION Delhi, 1st September, 2026 F. No. 11/64/H-DOP/2026/853-867.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of

section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint Sh. Prashant Prakash Advocate, as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the State before the Ld. Trial Court, as well as Hon'ble High Court in the matter of case e-FIR No. 102/2026 dated 07.03.2026, U/s 318(4)/319/340/61(2) BNS & Section 3 & 4 of MCOC Act, PS Cyber, South-West, Delhi on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 30.07.2026:- Detail of work Proposed fee Appearance per hearing Rs. 25,000/- Conference charges for discussion of case with ASG/ Senior Rs. 15,000/- PP/Investigating Officer Parokar Vetting/Drafting/ Petition/ Application /Reply/Written Rs. 15,000/- Arguments/etc.

Clerkage 10% of the total bill amount.

This issues with the approval of Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, GNCT of Delhi.
