NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st May, 2023 S.O. 2369(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Shri. Y.H.S. Satish, Tahsildar, Government of Andhra Pradesh to perform the functions of Competent Authority on deputation basis under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 for Kakinada-Vijayawada-Nellore Natural Gas Pipeline (KVNPL) Project of M/s IMC Limited in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

2. Earlier notified Competent Authority for M/s. IMC Limited in the State of Andhra Pradesh, Sri. M. Lakshmi Narasimham, Deputy Collector, Government of Andhra Pradesh, vide S.O. 820(E) dated 23.02.2022 published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India dated 23.02.2022 stands de-notified.
