NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th February, 2023 S.O. 898(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of clause (b) of rule 21 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. Rajeev Singh Raghuvanshi, Drugs Controller

(India), Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare to be the Licensing Authority till his attaining the age of superannuation on 28.02.2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
