No. 6/39/2023-Judl./Suptlaw/2652-2656.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section 2(b) of Section 6 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, as amended by the Legal Services Authorities (Amendment) Act, 2002 and Rule 3 of the Delhi Legal Services Authority Rules, 1996 read with sub-section (a) of Section 45D of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991 and S.O. No.3753 (E) dated 2nd September, 2024 issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi in consultation with the Hon’ble Chief Justice, High Court of Delhi is pleased to nominate Hon’ble Mr. Justice Nitin Wasudeo Sambre, Judge, High Court of Delhi as Executive Chairman of Delhi State Legal Services Authority.
