NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd October, 2026 S.O. 5746(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 16(1) of the Petroleum Rules, 2002, and in continuation of Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways Notification No. S.O. 2365(E) dated 27th May, 2025, the Central Government, in consideration of the necessity to import petroleum in public interest, hereby extends the notification for Gujarat Pipavav Port Limited (GPPL) for EXIM of petroleum products at Pipavav Port Gujarat in terms of provision contained under clause 16(1) of the Petroleum Rules 2002 w.e.f 07.05.2026 and upto the validly of clearance of PESO.
