GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS Winding up the affairs of Kadayanallur Ikkiya Primary Handloom Weavers Co-operative Production and Sale Society Ltd., TNH.46 in Kadayanallur, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District, and appointment of official Liquidator (Rc.No.2984/2025/E) No. VI(1)/407/2026.
The affairs of the Kadayanallur Ikkiya Primary Handloom Weavers Co-operative Production and Sale Society Ltd., TNH.46 in Kadayanallur, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District is ordered to be wound up under Section 137(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Socities Act 30 of 1983, and the Assistant Director of Handlooms, Tirunelveli is appointed as its Official Liquidator under Section 138 of the Same Act with effect from 13.05.2026.

Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area (Roc No: 309/2026/CD-3) No. VI(1)/408/2026.
1. In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Institutional use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.196, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 23.06.2026, subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 103. Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] dated 04.07.2025, notification No. II(2)/HOU/582(m)/2025 at Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 07.07.2025.
Variation In the said Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Vellakinar Village, Page Nos: 60, 61, 62 and 63 the S.F.Nos: 307/1A1, 307/1C1, 307/2A1, 307/2B1, 307/2C1 and 307/2C3 the following entries should be made.
Under the heading “Residential land use zone” the expression S.F.Nos. 307/1A1. 307/1C1, 307/2A1, 307/2B1, 307/2C1 and 307/2C3 shall be added before the entry of SF No.308pt Under the heading “Institutional land use zone” the expression SF No: 307pt shall be deleted and the expression

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms. No.94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4 (1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27. Part II—Section 2, Page 228 dated 15.07.2009, the following variation are madeJuly 29, 2026] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 337 to the Master Plan of approved Chinnamanur Local planning area under the said Act and Published in the G.O. Ms.No.193, Housing and Urban Development Department, Dated 14.02.1991 Notification No.II(2), Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 15th May 1991.
Variation In the said Master Plan, in “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under heading CHINNAMANUR LOCAL PLANNING AREA under the sub heading Chinnamanur Revenue Village under the heading-VII, Agricultural use zone under the sub Heading A Wet land and irrigated Dry Land to Residential use zone., I) Under the entry 'I Residential use zone Chinnamanur Village for the expression R.S.No.507/2Pt, 508/1Pt (Ward A, Block -03, T.S.No. 32/87, 32/88, 32/89, 32/99, 32/100 and 32/114) shall be added newly.
II) Against the entry 'VII Agricultural Use Zone under the sub Heading A Wet land and irrigated Dry Land under the sub heading Chinnamanur Village for the expression R.S.No.507Pt [Except R.S.507/2Pt (Ward-A, Block-03, T.S.No.32/87,32/88, 32/89, 32/99, 32/100 and 32/114)] shall be substituted.

Draft Variations In the Sanctioned Dharapuram Master Plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Dharapuram Single local planning Area under heading in VI.AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE-USE ZONE-6, A2, Ward No.2, Block No.3, Page No.A19, the following entries should be made.
i. Against the entry of TS Nos.61 & 63 under A2, Ward No.2, Block No.3 under the heading VI.AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE - USE ZONE 6, the expression TS Nos.61 & 63 shall be deleted and thereafter the expression 61pt and 63 shall be added, ii. Add TS Nos. 61/2 and 63 in Ward No.2, Block No.3 under the heading MR of (b), MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE ZONE, Ward No.2, Block No.3 ii.

No.113/2026.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act No.46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Tiruvarur District
(ii) 5 Deputy Tahsildars in Ranipet District (iii) 5 Deputy Tahsildars in Perambalur District and (iv) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Tiruppur District, as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this .Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
