The affairs of the Rayagiri Industrial Weavers Co.operative Production and Sale Society Ltd TNH.76, in Rayagiri, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District is ordered to be wound up under Section 137(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Co.operative Societies Act 30 of 1983, and the Assistant Director of Handlooms, Tirunelveli is appointed as its Official Liquidator under
Section 138 of the Same Act with effect from 13.06.2026.

Variation to the Approved Sevilimedu Detailed Development Plan No.1 of Kancheepuram Local Planning Area (Roc.No.12798/2026/TCP5) No. VI(1)/415/2026.
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1) of section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971. (Act No:35 of 1972) the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, in the Proceedings ROC No:12798/2026/TCP5,
dated: 14.07.2026 proposes to make the following Comprehensive draft variation for conversion of Agriculture use into Residential use in S.Nos: 481/2, 482/1 & 483/2A, Sevilimedu 'A' Village, Extent of 0.53.89 Hectare as per patta to the
Sevilimedu Detailed Development Plan No:I of Kancheepuram Local Planning Area, Approved by the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning's proceedings ROC.No:11687/2012/DP1, dated: 16.12.2013 and the fact of this approval in
Form No:12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No:19 part VI—Sec 1 page No:140, dated: 13.05.2015,
publication No: VI(1)/121/2015
2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary, Kancheepuram Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.
3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning Authority / District Town and Country Planning office.
Variation
1. Wherever the expression "MAP No:5 DDP(V)/DTCP No:26/2013 occurs the expression DDP(V)/DTCP No: 07/2026 shall be added at the end and to be read with.
2. In Schedule No.I, (Form No.4) Serial No.1, Column 2 the comprising S.Nos.481/2, 482/1 & 483/2A, shall be converted from Agriculture use into Residential use.
3. This draft variation made enforceable from the date of publication of the confirmed variation notification to be issued u/s.33 (2) of this Act in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

Ottiyambakkam Village, Chengalpattu District (Lr. No: R1/0099/2025-1) No. VI(1)/416/2026.
In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O. Ms. No.419, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation under Sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026, approved in G.O.(Ms) No.190 Housing &August 5, 2026] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 341 Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008 and published as per G.O.(Ms) No.191 Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008, as Housing and Urban Development Department Notification in No.266 Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 2nd September 2008.
Variation In the said Second Master Plan land use map for the Ottiyambakkam Village the following expression shall be
added: - "Map P.P.D./M.P II (V) No. 93/2026
to be read with Map No: MP-II/CMA (VP) 239/2008" Explanatory Note (This is not part of variation. It intends to bring out the purport) Survey Nos. 228/1 & 228/2, 266/1A2, 1B1, IB2B, 2A and 266/2B2, Ottiyambakkam Village, Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District, St. Thomas Mount Panchayat Union limit classified as "Agricultural Use Zone" is now reclassified as "Commercial Use Zone" subject to the condition that applicant shall develop Stilt floor maintaining no habitation below the MFL as per the WRD remarks and conditions of Water Resource Department to be complied while development in site under reference, Chennai-600 008, A.R. Variation In the said Second Master Plan land use map for the of Chinnamullaivoyal Village and Seemapuram Village the
following expression shall be added: "Map P.P.D./M.P II (V) No. 92/2026
to be read with Map No: MP-II/CMA (VP) 78/2008 and MP-II/CMA (VP) 81/2008" Explanatory Note (This is not part of variation. It intends to bring out the purport) Survey Nos.100/1, 3, 4, 5, 6A, 6B, 7 & 100/8 & 101 of Chinnamullaivoyal Village and Survey No.461/1 of Seemapuram Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District, Sholavaram Panchayat Union limit classified as "partly Urbanisable Use Zone and partly Primary Residential Use Zone" is now reclassified as "Industrial Use Zone" subject to the following conditions.
i. The remarks of WRD to be complied while taking up development at the site under reference, ii. Remarks of Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board to be obtained while taking up development at the site under reference.
