GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS Variation to the Approved Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Development Area 2026 of Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority for Chennai Metropolitan Area Kollaicheri Village, Kancheepuram District (Letter No. R1/0042/2024-1) No.VI(1)/264/2026.
In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O. Ms. No.419, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026, approved in G.O.(Ms) No.190 Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008 and published as per G.O.(Ms) No.191, Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008 as Housing and Urban Development Department Notification in No.266, Part II – Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 2nd September 2008.
Variation
In the said Second Master Plan land use map for the Kollaicheri Village the following expression shall be added: - “Map P.P.D. / M.P II (V) No. 67/2026 to be read with Map No. MP-II/CMA (VP) 199/2008’’ Explanatory Note (This is not part of variation. It intends to bring out the purport) Survey No. 148B/1A, Kollaicheri Village, Kunrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, Kunrathur Panchayat Union limit classified as "Non-Urban Use Zone" is now reclassified as "Industrial Use Zone" subject to the condition that remarks of Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board to be obtained during development at the site.

Ms. No.419, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation under sub-section (3) of Section 33 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Karaneeswarapuram Area D.D.P. approved in G.O.(Ms) No.1437, Housing & Urban Development Department dated.

In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms No. 94 Housing & Urban Development, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page-228 dated: 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Zone into Residential Use Zone ordered in G.O.(2PA) No. 160, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM-1)] Department, dated: 14.03.2026, the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Maduranthagam Recised consent under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.102, H & UD [UD4(2)] dated 21.03.2005.
Variation In the Maduranthagam master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Maduranthagam Villagar, Page no.43 the following entries should be made.
1. Maduranthagam Village, against the entry I. Residential Zone the following survey number shall be added S.No. 1224/1A, 1B; 1225/2B1, 2B2, 3, 4A2, 4B1, 4B2, 4C1, 4C2 (Ward-A, Block No - 14, T.S.No. 2/2, 2/6, 2/10)
2. Maduranthagam Village, against the entry VI. Agricultural use Zone the following survey number shall be substituted 1224 to 1225pt (except 1224/1A, 1B; 1225/2B1, 2B2, 3, 4A2, 4B1, 4B2, 4C1, 4C2) after the S.no: 1223pt.

Variation to the Review Consented Thiruvarur Master Plan for the Thiruvarur Composite Local Planning Area (ந.க.எண்.2164/2024/TVR) No.VI(1)/268/2026.
1. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms No. 94 Housing & Urban Development [UD(4-1)] Department, dated 12.06.2009, which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, dated: 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone Conversion from Agriculture use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2U). No.402 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department, Dated: 28.10.2024. The following variations are made to the Review Consented Master Plan Thiruvarur Composite Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.133 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, Dated 21.04.2005 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.17, Page No.210, Part VI—Section 1 Dated. 11.05.2011.
Variation In the Review Consented Thiruvarur Master Plan under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Tiruvarur Composite Local Planning Area under heading in village number 66. Elavangarkudi Page no: 105 in S.F.No.85 to 99 the following entries shall be made.
Against the entry of Agriculture use zone (AG 24), instead of the expression "S.F. No.85 to 99, the following expression 85 to 90, 91pt (except 91/1B), 92 to 99 shall be substituted.
Against the entry of Residential use zone, the expression "S.F.No. 91/1B" shall be added before S.F.No. 100.
Conditions:
1. HT Line is located at the north-west corner of the proposed site. Under Rule No 19 of the Tamil Nadu Combined Development & Building Rules 2019, clearance certificate from the Tamil Nadu Power Generation & Distribution corporation should be obtained for shifting the transmission lines.

1. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and as per the G.O.Ms No. 102 Housing & Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department, Dated 18.08.2021, the following Notification is published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
2. The Land use zone Conversion from Agriculture use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2U).
No.168 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department, Dated: 14.03.2026. The following variations are made to the Master Plan Thiruvarur Composite Local Planning Area which is Review consented wide G.O.Ms.No.133 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, Dated 21.04.2005 and has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.17, Page No.210, Part VI—Section 1 Dated. 11.05.2011.
Variation In the Review Consented Thiruvarur Master Plan under the heading "Schedule for Town & Villages" (Land use for various survey numbers of Thiruvarur Composite Local Planning Area) and under heading in village number 38.
Pulivalam Village for the "S.F.No. 73pt," the following entries shall be made.
Against the entry in the Agriculture use zone (AG 30), after the expression 73pt the expression "except S.F.No. 73/11 and 73/14A" shall be added.
Against the entry in the Residential use zone, after the expression 73pt the expression "including S.F.No. 73/11 and 73/14A" shall be added.
Conditions:
1. There is a Water corce (canal) running on the north & east and a pond is located in the south of the proposed site, and hence any development shall be permitted after prior permission / No Objection Certificate from the appropriate authorities.

Department dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Authority which was Review approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No 237, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department dated 01.11.2010 and in Notification No:II(2)HOU/700/2010 at page No: 815, of Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 24.11.2010.
Variation In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Thanthoni Village
Page No: 84 and 85 regard S.F.Nos. 616/2B the following entries should be made:
1. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.Nos. against the entry Institutional, the expression S.F.Nos:
616/2B shall be inserted after the expression SF.No.560pt.
2. Under the sub heading Use Zone, in the S.F.Nos: against the entry Agriculture, the expression S.F.No: 613 to 626 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.No: 613 to 615, 616 pt (except SF.Nos: 616/2B) and 617 to 626 shall be substituted.

(ii) Under the heading “Agricultural land use zone” the expression S.F.No: 73 Shall deleted and the expression S.F.Nos: 73 (Except S.No. 73/3B2) shall be substituted.

Under the heading “Industrial land use" the expression S.F.Nos. 207/1B2 shall be added before the S.F.No: 226.
Under the heading “Agricultural land use” the expression S.F.Nos: 207/1B2 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.Nos: 207pt (except 207/1B2) shall be substituted. நிநிபபந்ந்ததனைனை��ககள்ள்::

Nos. 764/1A, 764/1B, 746/1C shall be added before the S.F.No: 751.
Under the heading “Agricultural land use zone” the expression S.F. No: 746 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.No: 746pt (except 746/1A, 746/1B, 746/1C) ) shall be substituted.
