The following variations are made to the Review Approved Master Plan of Cuddalore Local Planning Area under the said act the published in the G.O.Ms.No. 176, Housing and Urban Development (UD4) Department dated 14.07.2006 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification No.37 Part II—Section 2, Page No.326 dated 20.09.2006 Variations In the said Review Approved Cuddalore Master Plan in Schedule under the heading Land Use zoning for Cuddalore Local Planning Authority sub head ANNEXURE-VI, AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE - under the hending in 207 Village name Thiruvendipuram.

(i) Against the entry survey Nos.93 to 99, Survey No. 93 to 94, 95pt (except survey No 95/1A, 95/2B1, 95/6A1, 95/7B1, 95/8 and 95/9), 96 to 99 Shall be substituted after the entry Survey No.85.

(ii) Under the head ANNEXURE -3.1 sub head 1(b) Mixed residential use zone serial No.207. Thiruvendipuram Village, the expression survey Nos. 95/1A, 95/2B1, 95/6A1, 95/7B1, 95/8 and 95/9 shall be added after the entry survey No. 92.

Draft Variation In the approved of Modified Master Plan, under the heading Permitted Landuse in Various T.S.Numbers of Komarapalayal Local Planning Area in Komarapalayam Taluk/Town, Komarapalayam Agraharam Village, page No:78, Ward C, Block 21, T.S.No:2/9, 2/11, 2/12 and 2/13 (Old T.S.No:2/4B). The following entries should be made.

Draft Variation In the modified approved Kothagiri master plan, in Kothagiri master plan schedule, under the sub-heading AGRICULTURAL, page no.32, SF No.319, the following entries should be made.

1. Under the sub heading AGRICULTURAL, SF No.319 shall be substituted with SF No.319 (except 319/1A2).

Variation In the said Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Coimbatore North Taluk, Pannimadai Village the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential land use zone" the expression SF Nos.333/4 shall be added after the SF No. 332pt.

Under the heading "Residential land use zone" the expression SF Nos. 342/1B & 342 shall be added after the SF No.341pt.

Under the heading "Agricultural land use zone" the expression SF No: 333 shall be deleted and the expression

SF No: 333 (except 333/4) shall be substituted.
