NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th August, 2024 F. No. CP-99/133/2021-PCP-HO-CPCB-HO – In exercise of the power conferred by Section 4, Clause (4) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Act No. 6 of 1974) and Section 6 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Act No. 14 of 1981), and with the concurrence of Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change (MoEF&CC), Government of India, the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) hereby, extends the nomination of Chairman and Member Secretary of Ladakh Pollution Control Committee (LPCC) with effect from 01.07.2024 till 30.06.2025 or sanction of the post of Chairman and Member Secretary, whichever is earlier.
