NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17th May, 2023 F. No. CP-99/133/2021-PCP-HO-CPCB-HO.—In exercise of the power conferred by Section 4, Clause (4) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Act No. 6 of 1974) and Section 6 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Act No. 14 of 1981), and with the concurrence of Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change (MoEF&CC), Government of India, the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) hereby, extends the nomination of Chairman and Member Secretary of Ladakh Pollution Control Committee (LPCC) with effect from 25.03.2023 for a further period of 01 year or sanction of the post of Chairman and Member Secretary, whichever is earlier.
