1. (1) इन जर्जनयमों का नाम ऊिाा दक्षता ब्यरू ो (ऊिाा लेखापरीक्षा के संचालन के जलए रीजत और अंतराल) संिोधन जर्जनयम, 2021 ह।ै

(2) ये रािपत्र म ें उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को लागू होंगे।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th October, 2021 F. No. 18/1/BEE/DISCOM/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of sub-

section (2) of section 58, read with clause (q) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Manner and Intervals of Time for Conduct of Energy Audit) Regulations, 2010, namely:-

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Manner and Intervals of Time for Conduct of Energy Audit) Amendment Regulations, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Manner and Intervals of Time for Conduct of Energy Audit) Regulations, 2010, after regulation 1, the following regulation shall be inserted, namely:- “2A. Application.—These regulations shall not apply to an electricity distribution company specified as designated consumer to which the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Manner and Intervals for Conduct of Energy Audit in Electricity Distribution Companies) Regulations, 2021 applies.”.
