5) की धारा 12 की उप-धारा (2) के साथ पठित धारा 19 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए पंिाब नैिनल बैंक के जनदिे क मंडल, भारतीय ठरज़र्च बैंक के परामिच और केंद्र सरकार की पूर् च मंिूरी के साथ, पंिाब नैिनल बैंक अजधकारी कमचचारी (सेर्ाजनर्ृजत्त के पश्चात सम्बंजधत जनिी क्षेत्र की इकाई में नौकरी स्ट्र्ीकार करना) जर्जनयम, 2000 में संिोधन करते हुए जनम्नजलजखत जर्जनयम बनाता ह;ै यथा:

1. (1) ये जर्जनयम पंिाब नैिनल बैंक अजधकारी कमचचारी (सेर्ाजनर्ृजत्त के पश्चात जनिी क्षेत्र की इकाई में नौकरी स्ट्र्ीकार करना) संिोधन जर्जनयम, 2020 कह ेिाएंगे|

(2) ये जर्जनयम अजधकाठरक रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होने की जतजथ से प्रभार्ी होंगे|

2. पंिाब नैिनल बैंक अजधकारी कमचचारी (सेर्ाजनर्ृजत्त के पश्चात जनिी क्षेत्र की इकाई में नौकरी स्ट्र्ीकार करना) जर्जनयम, 2000 के,-

(i) जर्जनयम 4 म,ें उप-जर्जनयम (6) के जलए जनम्नजलजखत उप-जर्जनयम प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकये िाएंग,े यथा:- “(6) इन जर्जनयमों के अतं गचत बैंक द्वारा पाठरत प्रत्येक आदिे के जर्षय में संबंजधत व्यजि को सूजचत दकया िाएगा”। 1619 GI/2020 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4]

(ii) जर्जनयम 4 के बाद, जनम्नजलजखत जर्जनयम िोड़ा िाएगा, िोदक: “5. सक्षम प्राजधकारी- जर्जनयमन 4 के तहत जनम्नजलजखत ताजलका के अनुसार सक्षम प्राजधकारी, सेर्ाजनर्ृजत्त के पश्चात अजधकारी कमचचारी द्वारा दकसी भी जनिी संस्ट्थान में रोिगार को स्ट्र्ीकार या रोिगार करने के जलए, स्ट्र्ीकृजत या अस्ट्र्ीकृजत दने े के जलए प्राजधकृत होंगे”:- ताजलका स्ट्तर सक्षम प्राजधकारी

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th March, 2020 F. No. HRDD:POL:OSR(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19, read with sub-

section (2) of section 12 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 (5 of

1970), the Board of Directors of the Punjab National Bank after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Punjab National Bank Officer Employees’ (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns After Retirement) Regulations 2000, namely:–

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Punjab National Bank Officer Employees’ (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns After Retirement) Amendment Regulations, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Punjab National Bank Officer Employees’ (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns After Retirement) Regulations, 2000,-

(i) in regulation 4, for sub-regulation (6), the following sub-regulation shall be substituted, namely:–[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 ―(6). Every order passed by the Bank under these regulations shall be communicated to the person concerned.‖;

(ii) after regulation 4, the following regulation shall be inserted, namely: ―5. Competent Authority.- The Competent Authority for granting or refusing permission for acceptance or taking up any employment in private concern after retirement, by an officer employee under regulation 4,

shall be as given in the table below:- TABLE LEVEL COMPETENT AUTHORITY
