(2) य ेजर्जनयम अजधकाठरक रािपत्र म ें प्रकाजित होने की जतजथ स ेप्रभार्ी होंगे।

2. पंिाब नेिनल बैंक अजधकारी कमचचारी (अनुिासन एर् ं अपील) जर्जनयम, 1977 के अनुसूची के जलए, जनम्नजलजखत अनुसूची प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत की िाएगी, यथा:

section (2) of section 12 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 (5 of

1970), the Board of Directors of the Punjab National Bank after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Punjab National Bank Officer Employees’ (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 1977, namely:–

1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Punjab National Bank Officer Employees’ (Discipline and Appeal) Amendment Regulations, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
