1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ – (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम भारतीय िीवन बीमा जनगम (प्रजिक्ष जवकास अजधकाररयों की भती) (संिोधन) जवजनयम, 2021 ह।ै

(2) ये रािपत्र म ेंउनके प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 22nd July, 2021 F.No. I-13011/03/2021-Ins. I.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 of the Life Insurance Corporation Act, 1956 (31 of 1956), the Board, with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Life Insurance Corporation of India (Recruitment of Apprentice Development Officers) Regulations, 1998, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These regulations may be called the Life Insurance Corporation of India (Recruitment of Apprentice Development Officers) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Life Insurance Corporation of India (Recruitment of Apprentice Development Officers’) Regulations, 1998, in paragraph 12, for the word “Chairman”, the words “Chief Executive” shall be substituted.
