1. संजिप्त िीर्डक एि ं प्रारंभ:—

(1) इि जिजियमों को पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजियामक बोडड (परामििड ाताओं की जियुजि) संिोधि जिजियम, 2023 कहा िाएगा।

(2) ये जियम सरकारी रािपत्र म ेंउिके प्रकािि की तारीख स ेलाग ू होंगे।

2. पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजियामक बोडड (परामिडिाताओं की जियुजि) जिजियम, 2007 में:

(i) जिजियम 17 के उप-जिजियम (1) के बाि, जिम्नजलजखत उप-जिजियम िाजमल दकया िाएगा; "(1क) व्यजिगत परामििड ाता की जियुजि के प्रयोिि के जलए संबंजधत सिस्ट्य की जसफाररि पर अध्यि द्वारा प्रदिया िुरू की िाएगी। 7486 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4]

(ii) जिजियम 17 के उप-जिजियम (3) के खडं (ख) म;ें

(a) 'पांच' िब्ि को 'छह' िब्ि स ेप्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा;

(b) "बिते दक..." स े िुरू होिे िाले िब्ि और "स्ट् तर V िहीं होगा " के सार् समाप्त होिे िाल े िब् िों का लोप कर दिया िाएगा ।

(iii) जिजियम 17 के खंड (ग) उप-जिजियम (6) के परंतुक के उपखडं (ii) म ें िर्ड 2021 को िर्ड 2023 स े प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा।

(iv) जिजियम 17 के उप-जिजियम (7) के खडं (च) के परंतुक के बाि, जिम्नजलजखत परंतुक को िाजमल दकया िाएगा; "बित े दक बोड ड अपिे जििेक पर व्यजिगत परामिडिाता के पि के जलए आिेिक की आयु और व्यजिगत परामिडिाता को रखिे के जलए आय ु म ेंछूट िे सकता ह"ै

(v) अिुसूची II म;ें

(a) "श्रेणी" िब्ि को "स्ट्तर" िब् ि स े प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा;

(b) "व्यजिगत परामिडिाता की श्रणे ी" िीर्डक के अंतगडत 'स्ट्तर' िब्ि का लोप कर दिया िाएगा;

(c) ' अजधमाजित िर्ों म ेंअिुभि' िीर्डक के जलए:

(i) ‘’पांच तक’’ िब् िों को "0-3" स े प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा;

(ii) ‘’ पांच स ेअजधक िस तक" िब्ि ों को "न्यिू तम 03" िब्िों स ेप्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा;

(iii) "िस स ेअजधक पन्रह तक " िब्ि ों को "न्यिू तम 06" िब्िों स ेप्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा;

(iv) "पंरह स ेअजधक बीस तक " िब्ि ों को "न्यिू तम 10" िब्िों स ेप्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा;

(v) "20 िर्ों स ेअजधक " िब् िों को 'न्यूितम 12' िब्िों स े प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा;

(d) अंत म,ें जिम्नजलजखत को िाजमल दकया िाएगा:

VI न्यूितम 15 िर् ड

(6) अिुसूची III म;ें

(a) "एकमुश्त माजसक पाररश्रजमक" िब्िों के बाि, "प्रत्येक िर्ड के पूरा होिे पर 10% की िृजि के सार्" िब्ि िाजमल दकए िाएगं े;

(b) "एकमुश्त माजसक पाररश्रजमक" िीर्डक के तहत: i. पंजि I स े V म,ें "प्रत्येक िर् ड के पूरा होि े पर 10% की िृजि के सार् "िब्ि लोप कर दिए िाएंगे। ii. पंजि I म,ें "₹65,000/- की राजि को "₹ 70,000/- की राजि "स े प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा;

iii. पंजि II म,ें "₹85,000/-‘’ की राजि को "₹90,000/-" की राजि स े प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा; iv. पंजि III म,ें "₹1,00,000/-" की राजि को "₹1,20,000/- की राजि "स े प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा; v. पजं ि IV म,ें "₹1,10,000/-" की राजि को "₹1,40,000 की राजि "प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, 1st December, 2023 F. No. PNGRB/Admin/12-HR (05)/2021 (E-3651).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (Act 19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board hereby makes the following regulations, further to amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Appointment of Consultants) Regulations, 2007, namely: —

1. Short title and commencement: —

(i) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Appointment of Consultants) Amendment Regulations, 2023.

(ii) These regulations shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Appointment of Consultants) Regulations, 2007:

(i) After sub-regulation (1) of Regulations 17, the following sub-regulation shall be inserted; “(1A) For the purpose of the engagement of Individual Consultant, the process shall be initiated by the Chairperson on recommendation of the concerned Member”.

(ii) In clause (b) of sub-regulation (3) of Regulations 17;

(c) the word ‘five’, shall be substituted by the word ‘six’;

(d) the words beginning with “Provided that….” and ending with “……. Level V for them”, shall be omitted.

(iii) In sub-clause (ii) of proviso to clause (c) sub-regulation (6) of Regulations 17, the year, “2021” shall be substituted by the year “2023”.

(iv) After the proviso to clause (f) of sub-regulation (7) of Regulation 17, the following proviso shall be inserted; “Provided further that the Board may at its discretion relax the age of applicant for the position of Individual Consultant and age for retaining the Individual Consultant”

(v) In Schedule II;

(a) For the word “Category”, shall be substituted by the word “Level”;

(b) For The word ‘Level’ under the head “Category of Individual Consultant’, shall be omitted;

(c) For the head ‘Preferred experience in years’:

(i) the words ‘Upto five’, shall be substituted by the numbers “0-3”;

(ii) the words “More than five to ten”, shall be substituted by the words “Minimum 03”;

(iii) the words “More than ten to fifteen”, shall be substituted by the words “Minimum 06”;

(iv) the words “More than fifteen to twenty”, shall be substituted by the words “Minimum 10”;4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4]

(v) the words “More than twenty years”, shall be substituted by the words ‘Minimum 12’

(d) At the end, the following shall be inserted:

VI Minimum 15 years

(6) In Schedule III;

(a) After the words “Lump sum monthly remuneration”, the words “with 10% increase on completion of each year”, shall be inserted;

(b) For under the head “Lump sum monthly remuneration”: i. In Rows I to V, the words “with 10% increase on completion of each year”, shall be omitted. ii. In Row I, the amount “Rs. 65,000/-”, shall be substituted by the amount “₹ 70,000/-”;

iii. In Row II, the amount “Rs. 85,000/-”, shall be substituted by the amount “₹ 90,000/-”; iv. In Row III, the amount “Rs. 1,00,000/-”, shall be substituted by the amount “₹ 1,20,000/-”; v. In Row IV, the amount “Rs. 1,10,000/-”, shall be substituted by the amount “₹ 1,40,000/-”;

vi. In Row V, the amount “Rs. 1,30,000/-”, shall be substituted by the amount “₹ 1,75,000/-”; vii. At the end, the following shall be inserted;
