1. संजिप्त िाम और प्रारंभ :-

(1) इि जिजियमों को पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजियामक बोडड (सलाहकारों की जियुजि) संिोधि जिजियम, 2021 कहा िाए ।

(2) ये जिजियम रािपत्र म ें उिके प्रकािि की तारीख स ेलाग ूहोंगे।

2. पेरोजलयम एि ं प्राकृजतक गसै जिजियामक बोडड (सलाहकारों की जियुजि) जिजियम, 2007 म,ें- (क) जिजियम 17 म,ें उप-जिजियम (6)म,ें i. खंड (ग) के उप-खंड (ii) म,ें िर्ड, '2018' को िर्ड '2021' स े प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा। 7679 GI/2021 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] (ख) जिजियम 17 म,ें उप-जिजियम (7) म,ें i. खंड (ड) के जलए, "तीि महीि"े स े िुरू होि े िाले िब्िों को "एक महीिे" िब्िों के सार् प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा। ii. खंड (ड) के बाि, जिम्नजलजखत िाजमल दकया िाएगा, अर्ातड ्: - "(च) पि के जलए सािडिजिक सूचिा की िेबहोसस्ट्टंग की जतजर् को जिजभन्न श्रेजणयों के जलए व्यजिगत सलाहकार के रूप म ें जियुि दकए िाि े िाले आिेिक की आय ु62 िर्ड स े कम होगी:

बितें दक 65 िर्ड की आय ुप्राप्त करिे के बाि दकसी भी सलाहकार को बोडड म ेंिहीं रखा िाएगा।" (ग) अिुसूची III, स्ट्तर I और II की पंजियों को जिम्नजलजखत द्वारा प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा, अर्ाडत्: ‘स्ट्तर -I 65,000/- प्रत्येक िर्ड परू ा होि े पर 10 प्रजतित की िृजि के सार्। स्ट्तर -II 85,000/- प्रत्येक िर्ड परू ा होि े पर 10 प्रजतित की िृजि के सार्।’ िन्ििा िमा,ड सजचि [जिज्ञापि-III/4/असा./552/2021-22] पाि टटप्पणी: मूल जिजियमों को सं. िी.एस.आर. 36 (ई) द्वारा दििांक 30 ििंबर 2007 को अजधसूजचत दकया गया र्ा और बाि म ें अजधसूचिा [एफ. स.ं एस-प्रिासि/II/XI/2012] दििांक 10.04.2012 और अजधसूचिा एफ. स.ं एस-प्रिासि/II/XI/2012 दििांक 23.03.2018 द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया । PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS REGULATORY BOARD

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th December, 2021 F. No. PNGRB/Admin/12-HR(05)/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (Act 19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board hereby makes the following regulations, further to amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Appointment of Consultants) Amendment Regulations, 2007, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement: -

(1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Appointment of Consultants) Amendment Regulations, 2021.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Appointment of Consultants) Regulations, 2007:

(a) In Regulation 17, in sub- regulation (6), i. in sub-clause (ii) of clause (c), the year, ‘2018’ shall be substituted by the year ‘2021’.

(b) In Regulation 17, in sub-regulation (7), i. for clause (e), the words beginning with, “three months”, shall be substituted with the words, “one month”. ii. after clause (e), the following clause shall be inserted, namely: - “(f) The age of the applicant to be appointed as an Individual consultant for different categories as on the date of webhosting of Public Notice for the position shall be below 62 years:[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3

Provided that no Consultant would be retained in the Board after attaining the age of 65 years.”

(c) For Schedule III, the rows of Levels I and II shall be substituted by the following, namely: ‘Level - I Rs. 65,000/- with 10 percent increase on completion of each year.
