1. सजं क्षप्त िाम और प्रारंभ:

1) (1) इि जिजियमों को पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजियामक बोडड (िगर या स्ट्थािीय प्राकृजतक गैस जितरण िेटिकड के जलए सुरक्षा मािकों सजित तकिीकी मािक और जिजिजियॉं) जद्वतीय संिोधि जिजियम, 2024 किा िाएगा।

(2) ये सरकारी रािपत्र में उिके प्रकािि की तारीख से लागू िोंगे।

2. पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजियामक बोडड (िगर या स्ट्थािीय प्राकृजतक गैस जितरण िेटिकड के जलए सुरक्षा मािकों सजित तकिीकी मािक और जिजिजियॉं) जिजियम, 2008 में, -

1) पररजिष् ट- II में, "मीटररंग उपकरण" के िीर्ड के तित: i. "ओआईएमएल आर 137-1एिं 2" से संबंजधत पंजि में, "थमडल मास फ्लो" िब्ि और "आईएसओ 14511 के अिुरूप" िब्ि िटा दिए िाएंगे; और 2710 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] ii.. अंत में पंजि "आईएसओ 10790" और "बंि िजलकाओं में द्रि प्रिाि का माप - कोररओजलस फ्लोमीटर (द्रव्यमाि प्रिाि, घित्ि और मात्रा प्रिाि माप)" के चयि, स्ट्थापिा और उपयोग के जलए मागडििडि" िब् िों के बाि, जिम्नजलजखत तीि पंजियााँ सजम्मजलत की िाएंगी, अथाडत्:

ए.िी.ए. ररपोटड संख्या 8 प्राकृजतक गैस और अन्य संबंजधत िाइड्रोकाबडि गैसों के कंप्रेजसजबजलटी कारक आई.एस. 15677 प्राकृजतक गैस की मीटररंग – पद्धजत संजिता ई.एि. 17526 गैस मीटर - थमडल-मास फ्लो-मीटर आधाररत गैस मीटर िन् ििा िमाड, सजचि [जिज्ञापि-III/4/असा./047/2024-25] पाि रटप्प ण : मुख्य जिजियम िी.एस.आर. 612(ई), दििांक 27.08.2008 के माध्यम से अजधसूजचत दकए गए थे और तत् पश् चात ् िी.एस.आर. 750(ई), दििांक 14.10.2009 और फा.सं. एम(1)/टी4एस/सीिीडी/1/2010, दििांक 16-12-2014 और फा.सं. एल- जिजिध/VI/I/2007, दििांक 01.01.2015 और फा.सं. एम(आई)/टी4एस/ सीिीडी/1/2010, दििांक 09.03.2016 और फा.सं.

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th April, 2024 F. No. PNGRB/Tech/1-T4SCGD/(1)/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2008, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement:

1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Second Amendment Regulations, 2024.

2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2008, -

1) In Annexure-II, under the head of “Metering Equipment”: i. In the row relating to “OIML R137-1&2”, the words “Thermal Mass Flow” and the words “conforming to ISO 14511”, shall be deleted; and ii. At the end after the row “ISO 10790” and the words “Measurement of fluid flow in closed conduits- Guidance to the selection, installation and use of Coriolis flowmeters (mass flow, density and volume flow measurements)”, the following three rows shall be inserted, namely:
