1. लघ ुिीर्कड और प्रारंभण, -

(1) इि जिजियमों को पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजियामक बोडड (िगर अथिा स्ट्थािीय प्राकृजतक गैस जितरण िेटिकड जबछािे, जिमाडण, प्रचालि या जिस्ट्तार करिे के जलए कंपिी को प्राजधकृत करिा) संिोधि जिजियम, 2023 कहा िाएगा।

(2) ि ेसरकारी रािपत्र में उिके प्रकािि की तारीख से लागू होंगे।

2. पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजियामक बोडड में (िगर अथिा स्ट्थािीय प्राकृजतक गैस जितरण िेटिकड जबछािे, जिमाणड , प्रचालि या जिस्ट्तार करिे के जलए कंपिी को प्राजधकृत करिा) जिजियम, 2008 में, -

(i) जिजियम 7 के उप-जिजियम 1 में, - (क) खंड 1(क) में, – i. ताजलका में परंतुक के ऊपर क्रमांक 3 में, "बोली माििंड" िीर्डक िाले कॉलम में, कोष् ठक में दिए गए “और डॉटर बूस्ट्टर स्ट्टेिि" िब्िों को, ", डॉटर बूस्ट्टर स्ट्टेिि और मोबाइल ररफ्यूललंग यूजिट" िब्िों से प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा। 2090 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] ii. ताजलका में परंतुक के िीचे, क्रमांक 3 में, "बोली माििंड" िीर्डक िाले कॉलम में, कोष् ठक में दिए गए "और डॉटर बूस्ट्टर स्ट्टेिि" िब्िों को, ",डॉटर बूस्ट्टर स्ट्टेिि और मोबाइल ररफ्यूललंग यूजिट" िब्िों से प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा। (ख) खंड 1(ख) में, – i. अंत में, जिम्नजलजखत सजममजलत दकया िाएगा, अथाडत्:- स्ट्पष्टीकरण : सीएििी स्ट्टेििों के जलए मोबाइल ररफ्यूललंग यूजिट पर जिचार करिे के उद्देश्य से, जिम्नजलजखत को िोट दकया िाए : – I. िकड प्रोग्राम के उद्देश्य से एमआरयू को एक सीएििी स्ट्टेिि के रूप में जगिा िाएगा। II. एमआरयू को 8 अिुबंध िर्ों के जलए सीएििी स्ट्टेििों के जलए िकड प्रोग्राम में जगिा िाएगा। iii िकड प्रोग्राम के उद्देश्य से केिल उन्हीं एमआरयू को सीएििी स्ट्टेिि के रूप में जगिा िाएगा, िो प्राजधकृत भौगोजलक क्षेत्र के भीतर एक जिर्िडष्ट स्ट्थाि पर तैिात ह ैं और आम तौर पर सभी दििों में सीएििी के जिरंतर जितरण के जलए उपलब्ध ह।ैं "

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th March, 2023 F. No. PNGRB/Auth/1-CGD (08)/2020 (P-894).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entities to Lay, Build, Operate or Expand City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2008, namely: -

1. Short title and commencement, -

(1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entities to Lay, Build, Operate or Expand City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Amendment Regulations, 2023.[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entities to Lay, Build, Operate or Expand City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2008, -

(i) in sub-regulation 1 of regulation 7, -

(a) in clause 1(a), – i. for the table above the proviso, at Sl. No. 3, under the head “Bidding Criteria”, for the words given within brackets “and daughter booster station”, shall be substituted with the words “, daughter booster stations and Mobile Refuelling Unit” ii. for the table below the proviso, in Sl. No. 3, under the head “Bidding Criteria”, for the words given within brackets “and daughter booster stations”, shall be substituted with the words “, daughter booster stations and Mobile Refuelling Unit”

(b) in clause 1(b), – i. at the end, following shall be inserted, namely: - “Clarification: For the purpose of consideration of Mobile Refuelling Unit against CNG Stations, following may be noted: - i. MRU shall be counted as one CNG station for the purpose of work programme.

ii. MRU shall be counted in work programme against CNG Stations for 8 contract years. iii. Only those MRUs shall be counted as CNG station for the purpose of work programme, which are stationed at a specified location within the authorized Geographical area and is generally available for continuous dispensation of CNG on all days. “

(ii) in Schedule D, - i. for point no.3, in the table, under the head “Description of work” in Sr. no. 1, the words given within brackets, “and Daughter Booster stations”, shall be substituted with the words “, daughter booster stations and Mobile Refueling Unit” VANDANA SHARMA, Secy.
