1. सजंिप्त िीर्कड और प्रारंभण ।

(1) इन जिजनयमों को पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजनयामक बोडड (पेरोजलयम और पेरोजलयम उत्पाद पाइपलाइन पररिहन टैररफ का जनधाडरण) संिोधन जिजनयम, 2021 कहा िाएगा ।

(2) ये 1 अक्टूबर, 2021 से लागू होंगे।

2. पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजनयामक बोडड (पेरोजलयम और पेरोजलयम उत्पाद पाइपलाइन पररिहन टैररफ का जनधाडरण) जिजनयम, 2010 में, - (क) जिजनयम 4 में, ग्यारहिें परंतुक के बाद, जनम्नजलजखत परंतुक िोड़ ददया िाएगा, नामत : - "बिते संक्रमणकालीन अिजध 30.09.2021 तक की जिस्ट्ताररत संक्रमण अिजध भी पूणड होने के पश् चात 30.09.2023 तक की अिजध के जलए बढाया िाए ";

(ख ) जिजनयम 5 में, दसिें परंतुक के बाद, जनम्नजलजखत परंतुक िोड़ा िाएगा, नामत : - "बिते यह भी दक इस जिजनयमन के अन् तगडत पेरोजलयम और पेरोजलयम उत्पाद पाइपलाइन पररिहन टैररफ जनधाडरण के जलए रेलिे की माल टैररफ ताजलका के अनुसार बेंचमाकड दकया िाएगा। िैसा दक पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजनयामक बोडड (पेरोजलयम और पेरोजलयम उत्पाद पाइपलाइन पररिहन टैररफ) संिोधन जिजनयम, 2021 के प्रिृत् त होने की तारीख से लागू होगा और यदद आगे जिस्ट्ताररत संक्रमण अिजध में रेलिे की माल टैररफ ताजलका में संिोजधत होता है, तो बोडड ऐसे 7275 GI/2021 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] पररिोधन के जलए जिचार कर सकता ह ैतथा पेरोजलयम और पेरोजलयम उत्पाद पररिहन टैररफ के बेंचमार्ककग पर जनणडय ले सकता ह।ै " िन् दना िमाड, सजचि [जिज्ञापन-III/4/असा./511/2021-22] पाद रटप्प णी : मुख्य जिजनयम सा.का.जन. 987 (अ), ददनांक 20.12.2010 कोअजधसूजचत दकये गय े थे और तत् पश् चात अजधसूचना संख्या फा. सं. पीएनिीआरबी/एम(सी)/62/2012, ददनांक 13.12.2012, फा. सं. पीएनिीआरबी/एम(सी)/ 62/2014, ददनांक 16.12.2014, फा. सं. एल-जिजिध/VI/ 1/2007, ददनांक 01.01.2015, फा. सं. पीएनिीआरबी/ एम(सी)/62/2016, ददनांक 19.12.2016, फा. सं. पीएनिीआरबी/ एम(सी)/62/2017, ददनांक 19.12.2017, फा. सं. पीएनिीआरबी/एम(सी)/62/2018, ददनांक 18.12.2018, फा. सं. पीएनिीआरबी/एम(सी)/62/2019, ददनांक 18.04.2019, फा. सं. पीएनिीआरबी/ एम(सी)/ 62/2020, ददनांक 19.02.2020 और फा. सं.

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th December, 2021 F. No. PNG RB/COM/3-PPPL Tariff (1)/2012 Vol.-IV (P-1018).—In exercise of the powers conferred by

Section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, hereby makes the following regulations, to further amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Regulations, 2010, namely: -

1. Short title and commencement.

(1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Amendment Regulations, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force on 1st October, 2021.

2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Regulations, 2010, –

(a) in regulation 4, after the eleventh proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: - ―Provided also that the transitional period may on the completion of the extended transition period till

30.09.2021, be further extended up to, and inclusive of, 30.09.2023‖;

(b) in regulation 5, after the tenth proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: - ―Provided also that the determination of the petroleum and petroleum products pipeline transportation tariff under this regulation shall be benchmarked against the goods tariff table of the railways as applicable on the date of the coming into force of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Amendment Regulations, 2021 and if the goods tariff table of the railways is revised during the further extended period of transition, the Board may consider the benchmarking of the petroleum and petroleum products transportation tariff against such revision.‖ VANDANA SHARMA, Secy.
