1. संजिप्त िीर्कड और प्रारंभण

(1) इि जिजियमों को पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजियामक बोडड (पेरोजलयम और पेरोजलयम उत्पाि पाइपलाइि पररिहि टैररफ का जिधाडरण) संिोधि जिजियम, 2023 कहा िाएगा।

(2) य े 1 अक्टूबर, 2023 स े लाग ू होंगे।

2. पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजियामक बोड ड (पेरोजलयम और पेरोजलयम उत्पाि पाइपलाइि पररिहि टैररफ का जिधाडरण) जिजियम, 2010 म,ें - (क) जिजियम 4 म,ें बारहिें परंतुक के बाि, जिम्नजलजखत परंतुक िोड़ दिया िाएगा, िामत: :- "बित े संक्रमणकालीि अिजध 30.09.2023 तक की जिस्ट्ताररत संक्रमण अिजध भी पूण ड होिे के पश् चात ् 31.12.2023 तक की अिजध के जलए बढाया िाए ";

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th September, 2023 F. No. PNGRB/COM/3-PPPL Tariff (1)/2012 Vol-V (P-4397).—In exercise of the powers conferred by

Section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, hereby makes the following regulations, to further amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Regulations, 2010, namely: -

1. Short title and commencement

(l) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Amendment Regulations, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on 1st October, 2023.

2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Regulations, 2010,

(a) in regulation 4, after the twelfth proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:- "Provided also that the transitional period may on the completion of the extended transition period till

30.09.2023, be further extended up to, and inclusive of, 31.12.2023";

(b) in regulation 5, after the eleventh proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:- "Provided also that the determination of the petroleum and petroleum products pipeline transportation tariff under this regulation shall be benchmarked against the goods tariff table of the railways as applicable on the date of the coming[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 into force of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Amendment Regulations, 2023 and if the goods tariff table of the railways is revised during the further extended period of transition, the Board may consider the benchmarking of the petroleum and petroleum products transportation tariff against such revision."
