1. लघ ु िीर्डक और प्रारंभण

(1) इि जिजियमों को पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजियामक बोडड (िगर या स्ट्थािीय प्राकृजतक गैस जितरण िेटिकड का क्षमता जिधाडरण) संिोधि जिजियम, 2020 कहा िाएगा।

(2) ये िासकीय रािपत्र म ेंइिके प्रकािि की तारीख स ेलागू होंगे।

2. पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजियामक बोडड (िगर या स्ट्थािीय प्राकृजतक गैस जितरण िेटिकड का क्षमता जिधाडरण) जिजियम, 2015 के जिजियम 6 के खडं (ग) म:ें 4651 GI/2020 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4]

(i) “िेबसाइट” िब्ि स े पूिड “अपिी” िब्ि यथाित रहगे ा;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th September, 2020 F. No. PNGRB/Tech/9-CapCGDReg/(1)/2020 (P-2138).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, hereby makes the following regulations, to further amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determining Capacity of City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Network) Regulations, 2015,

namely: -

1. Short title and commencement.

(1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determining Capacity of City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Network) Amendment Regulations, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In clause (c) of Regulation 6 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory (Determining Capacity of City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Network) Regulations, 2015:

(i) The word “their” shall be substituted by the word “its”;

(ii) At the end, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: - “Provided that, until the time, the Board declares the capacity of CGD Network, the entity shall publish the capacity of CGD Network as determined by it, under the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Access Code for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2011, on its website, which shall be deemed as Board declared capacity.” VANDANA SHARMA, Secy.
