1. सजं िप्त िीर्कव एर् ंप्रारंभ

(i) य ेजर्जनयम “भग तान जर्जनयामक बोडव (संिोधन) जर्जनयम, 2025” कहलाएंगे।

(ii) ये आजधकाररक रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से लाग ूहोंगे।

2. भग तान जर्जनयामक बोडव जर्जनयम, 2025 म ेंसिं ोधन भ गतान जर्जनयामक बोड वजर्जनयम, 2025 म,ें 6568 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4]

(i) जर्जनयम 4, उप-जर्जनयम (1) को हटा कदया िाएगा; तथा

NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 25th August 2026 Payments Regulatory Board (Amendment) Regulations, 2025 F. No. CO. DPSS. BD. No. S496/ 02-01-019/2026-2027 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clauses (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 38 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 (51 of 2007), the Reserve Bank of India hereby makes the following amendment to the Payments Regulatory Board Regulations, 2025 namely –

1. Short Title & Commencement

(i) These Regulations may be called the “Payments Regulatory Board (Amendment) Regulations, 2025”.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Amendments to the Payments Regulatory Board Regulations, 2025 In the Payments Regulatory Board Regulations, 2025,

(i) In Regulation 4, sub-regulation (1) shall be omitted; and

(ii) Regulation 7 shall be omitted.
