L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-06052022-235597 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-06052022-235597 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग III—खण् ड 4 PART III—Section 4 प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 241] नई ददल्ली, िुक्रिार, मई 6, 2022/ििै ाख 16, 1944 No. 241] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, MAY 6, 2022/VAISAKHA 16, 1944 परे ोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गसै जिजनयामक बोडड अजधसचू ना नई ददल्ली, 6 मई 2022 फा. स.ं पीएनिीआरबी/जित्त/9-गसै जि.(2)/2021 (पी-3676).—पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजनयामक बोडड अजधजनयम, 2006 (2006 का 19), िो बोडड पर लाग ू ह,ै की धारा 42 की उप-धारा (2) के तहत केंद्र सरकार द्वारा िारी नीजतगत जनदेिों के अनुसार और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 11 के खडं (क) और ( ञ) के तहत सौंपे गए कायों के जनष्प ादन म ें पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गसै जिजनयामक बोडड अजधजनयम, 2006 (2006 का 19) की धारा 61 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (िडे ए)के अन्त गतड प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजनयामक बोडड (गैस एक्सचेंि) जिजनयम, 2020, म ें संिोधन करन े के जलए पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजनयामक बोड ड एतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजखत जिजनयम बनाता ह:ै अथाडत:् - 1 (1) इन जिजनयमों को पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजनयामक बोडड (गैस जिजनमय) संिोधन जिजनयम, 2022 कहा िाएगा ।
(2) ये रािपत्र म ें उनके प्रकािन की तारीख स ेलागू होंगे ।
2. पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजनयामक बोड ड (गैस जिजनमय) जिजनयम, 2020 म,ें - (क) जिजनयम 2 म,ें उप- जिजनयम (1)म-ें
(i) खंड (xxi) के बाद, जनम्नजलजखत खंड को सजममजलत दकया िाएगा, अथाडत ् :- "(xxiक) "जडलीिरी प्िाइंट" का अथड ह ै व्यापाररत संजिदाओं के जलए गैस की जडलीिरी के जलए स्ट्थान िैसा दक बोडड द्वारा तय दकया िाए;”;

(ii) खंड (xxvi), को जनम्नजलजखत खंड स े प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाडत:् . :- "(xxvi) "गैस केन् द्र" का अथड ह ै जडलीिरी स्ट्थ ान का एक समूह िो ऐसी क्षेत्रीय जनकटता म ें ह,ै िैसा दक बोडड द्वारा तय दकया िाए । " (ख) जिजनयम 44 म,ें उप जिजनयम(3)म,ें उप-खंड (ii) के उप-खंड म ें मद के जलए (झ) म ें जनम्नजलजखत मद को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाडत्: - "(झ) गैस केन् द्रों की पहचान और पररभाजित करन े के जलए प्रदक्रयाए ं और जडलीिरी स्ट्थ ान;"। िन् दना िमाड , सजचि [जिज्ञापन III/4/असा./62/2022-23] पाद रटप्प ण : मूल जिजनयमों को फा. स.ं पीएनिीआरबी/तकनीकी/35-गैस जि./(2)/2020 (पी-1687), ददनांक 28 जसतंबर, 2020 द्वारा अजधसूजचत दकया गया था। THE PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS REGULATORY BOARD
NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th May, 2022 F. No. PNGRB/Fin/9-Gas Ex (2)/2021 (P-3676).—In furtherance of the policy directives issued by the Central Government under sub-section (2) of section 42 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, Act, 2006 (19 of 2006) which is binding upon the Board and in the performance of the functions entrusted under clauses (a) and (j) of section 11 of the said Act and in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (za) of sub-section (2) of section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Gas Exchange) Regulations, 2020, namely:--
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Gas Exchange) Amendment Regulations, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Gas Exchange) Regulations, 2020, - a) In regulation 2, in sub regulation (1), -
(i) after clause (xxi), the following clause shall be inserted, namely: - “(xxia) “delivery point” means the location for delivery of gas against the traded contracts as may be decided by the Board;”;
(ii) for clause (xxvi), the following clause shall be substituted, namely: - “(xxvi) “gas hub” means a group of delivery points which are in such regional proximity as may be decided by the Board;” b) in regulation 44, in sub-regulation (3), in sub-clause (ii), for item (i), the following item shall be substituted, namely: - “(i) procedures for identification and defining of gas hubs and delivery points;”.
