Subject: Integration of Bharatkosh Payment Facility with eGCA for Acceptance of Student Pilot Licence (SPL) This is to inform all concerned that acceptance of SPL services on eGCA for the issue/renewal and extension of aircraft rating on SPL is integrated with Bharatkosh payment facility. In this regard, the duly updated User Manual for the respective service has been made available on the DGCA website.
2. FTOs and Applicants shall ensure that their applications are complete in all respects and are submitted strictly in compliance with the extant applicable Rules, Civil Aviation Requirements (CARs), Circulars, and prescribed user manuals.
3. The above provision shall come into effect from 15th September 2026.
