(2) पैरा 3 को जनम्नोक्त पैरा स ेप्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा :- “इस कोष की जनजधयों के प्रबंधन और िासन के जलए एक प्रबधं न बोड त (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् 'बोडत' किा गया ि)ै गठित दकया िाएगा, जिसमें जनम्नजलजखत सिस्ट्य िोंग,े अथातत् :- i. माननीय मजिला एव ंबाल जवकास मंत्री - अध्यक्ष (पिेन) 6156 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] ii. माननीय मजिला एवं बाल जवकास राज्य मंत्री - जविेष आमंजत्रत (पिेन) iii. सजचव, मजिला एवं बाल जवकास मंत्रालय – कायतकारी अध्यक्ष iv. मजिला एवं बाल जवकास मंत्रालय म ेंएसपीएनआईडब्लल्यूसीडी के प्रभारी संयक्तु सजचव – सिस्ट्य v. जवत्तीय सलािकार, मजिला एवं बाल जवकास मंत्रालय – सिस्ट्य vi. अध्यक्ष, राष्ट्रीय बाल अजधकार संरक्षण आयोग (एनसीपीसीआर) – सिस्ट्य vii. सामाजिक न्याय एवं अजधकाठरता मंत्रालय के सजचव अथवा सयं ुक्त सजचव के स्ट्त र का प्रजतजनजध – सिस्ट्य viii. राष्ट्रीय कौिल जवकास जनगम (एनएसडीसी) के अध्यक्ष अथवा संयुक्त सजचव के स्ट्त र का प्रजतजनजध - सिस्ट्य ix. माननीय मंत्री द्वारा नाजमत तीन गैर-सरकारी सिस्ट्य – सिस्ट्य। x. जनिेिक, एसपीएनआईडब्लल्यूसीडी – सजचव-कोषपाल।"

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th June, 2026 S.O. 4423(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Charitable Endowments Act, 1890 (6 of 1890), and on an application made by the Board of Management of the National Children’s Fund, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the then Department of Social Welfare No. S.O. 120(E), dated the 2nd March, 1979 (hereinafter referred to as the said

notification) and as subsequently amended from time to time namely:

In Schedule ‘B’ to the said notification—

(a) for paragraph 2, the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely: “The Objective of the Fund shall extend to the whole of India.”

(2) for paragraph 3, the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely: “ For the management and administration of the Funds of the Fund, a Board of Management (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Board’) shall be constituted consisting of the following members, namely:

i. Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of Women and Child Development – Chairperson (Ex-officio) ii. Hon’ble Minister of State, Ministry of Women and Child Development – Special Invitee (Ex-officio) iii. Secretary, Ministry of Women and Child Development – Working Chairperson iv. Joint Secretary in-charge of SPNIWCD in Ministry of Women and Child Development – Member v. Financial Adviser, Ministry of Women and Child Development – Member vi. Chairperson, National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) – Member[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 vii. Secretary, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment or a representative not below the rank of Joint Secretary – Member viii. Chairman, National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) or a representative not below the rank of Joint Secretary – Member ix. Three non-official members nominated by the Hon’ble Minister – Members x. Director, SPNIWCD – Secretary-Treasurer.”
