1. परंतुक प्रचालक को प्रमाजणत करने हते ।ु जनयम 3 के उप-जनयम (1) का जद्वतीय िहााँ भी प्रचालक का राष्ट्र भारत से अलग ह,ै िहााँ खतरनाक माल के

2. परंतुक पररिहन के जलए प्रमाजणत प्रचालक को अनुमोिन प्रिान करन ेहते ु। कुछ खतरनाक माल के हिाई पररिहन के जलए अनुमोिन प्रिान करना, िहा ाँ तकनीकी अनुिेि जनर्िष्टि करत े ह ैं दक ऐसे माल के जिमान में पररिहन को या

3. जनयम 3 का उप-जनयम (3) अन्य उद्द‍े यों के जलए पररिहन हते ु मूल स्ट्थल के राष्ट्र और प्रचालक के राष्ट्र के उपयुि प्राजधकारी के अनुमोिन द्वारा अजधकृत दकया िाना चाजहए, िहााँ भी भारत प्रचालक या मलू राष्ट्र ह।ै जनयम 9 का उप-जनयम (5) प्रचालक को यह जनिेि िेना दक िह प्रषे क या उसके एिेंट स े माल स्ट्िीकार न

5. प्रजिक्षण कायिक्रम को स्ट्िीकार करना।

6. जनयम 16 का उप-जनयम (8) मााँग पर प्रजिक्षण ररकॉडि तैयार करन े हते ु। जनयम 17 का उप-जनयम (5) और प्रजिक्षण सगं ठन को अनुमोिन प्रिान करने हते ु।

7. उप-जनयम (6) जनयम 17 का उप-जनयम (7) और प्रजिक्षण सगं ठन के कायिक्षेत्र के जिस्ट्तार के जलए अनुमोिन प्रिान करना।

8. उप-जनयम (8) जनयम 17 का उप-जनयम (9) मााँग पर प्रजिक्षण ररकॉडि तैयार करन े हते ु।

9. जनयम 17 का उप-जनयम (10) प्रजिक्षण सगं ठन की जनयमािली को स्ट्िीकार करना।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th October, 2026 S.O. 5661(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 of the Bharatiya Vayuyan Adhiniyam, 2024 (16 of 2024), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by the Director General of Civil Aviation under the Aircraft (Carriage of Dangerous Goods) Rules, 2026, specified in Second Schedule appended hereto, shall also be exercisable by the officers specified in column (1) of the First Schedule appended hereto to the extent specified in the corresponding entries in column (2) of the said First Schedule, subject to the provisions of the said Adhiniyam and the said rules..
