NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the nd October G.S.R. (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 of Section 3 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, (PHRD Division) G. S. R. No. 390 (E) dated 22nd May, 2026, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Samir Kumar, Senior Economic Adviser, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, in place of Smt. Preeti Nath, Former Senior Economic Adviser, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways as an ex-officio Member of the Board of Cochin Port Authority with immediate effect and until further orders.
