Parliament Question: Additional Healthcare Facilities in ESIC

2405. SHRI SELVAGANAPATHI T.M.:

Will the Minister of LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT be pleased to

state:

(a)whether it is fact that seven more healthcare facilities are likely to be added by the Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) to its infrastructure network in six States;

(b)if so, the details thereof;

(c)whether it is also a fact that the said medical facilities, worth Rs.668 crore likely to be catered to the healthcare needs of around 53 lakh beneficiaries across the country; and

(d)if so, the details thereof? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE FOR LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT (SUSHRI SHOBHA KARANDLAJE)

(a) to (d): Seven Employees State Insurance (ESI) healthcare facilities across six states have been inaugurated on 14th July 2026.
