717. SMT. SHAMBHAVI:
Will the Minister of MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES be pleased to state:
(a) the details of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Technology Upgradation Hubs established during 2026 in major industrial clusters across the country, along with the number of hubs operationalized particularly in Bihar;
(b) the reasons that these hubs are expected to provide small enterprises with access to advanced manufacturing equipment and common Facility Centres (CFCs) at affordable rates;
(c) the details of the technology verticals covered under each hub, including additive manufacturing, precision machining and automated quality testing;
(d) the extent to which the hubs have enabled MSMEs to reduce capital expenditure on expensive machinery while improving product quality; and
(e) the details of the additional industrial clusters identified for establishing technology upgradation hubs by the end of the fiscal year particularly in Khagaria and Samastipur Lok Sabha Constituencies? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE FOR MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (SUSHRI SHOBHA KARANDLAJE)
(a) to (d): Ministry of MSME is implementing Micro and Small Enterprises Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP) with the objective to enhance the productivity and competitiveness of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) by extending financial assistance for establishment of Common Facility Centers (CFCs) and creation and up-gradation of industrial estates. Establishment of Flatted Factory Complexes is also supported under the scheme. Under the MSE-CDP Scheme following CFC have been approved in Bihar during the year 2026:
