NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 7th March, 2026 APPRENTICES ACT, 1961.
No.:GR/2026/03/LED/BJT/e-file/11/2023/2407/SDC:- In exercises of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of
Section 26 of the APPRENTICES ACT, 1961 (52 of 1961) and in supersession of Government Notification of Labour and Employment Department No. KHR/83/2013-NAS-102013-388241/R(2), Dt.24th June, 2013. The Government of Gujarat hereby appoints,
(1) Director of Skill Development, Guajarat State, as the State Apprenticeship Adviser with effect from the date of issuance of this notification.
