No. G/PT/2025/26/PTD/MRT/e-file/22/2023/1291/KH-PF2: In the exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 200 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Gujarat hereby amend the Government Notification, Ports and Transport Department No: PT/2019/12/MVD/102014/ 165/KH, dated the 12th September, 2019 as under:
