NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 27th January, 2026 GUJARAT MOTOR VEHICLES TAX ACT, 1958.
No. GH/PT/2026/02/MVD/102022/2296/KH - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Gujarat Motor Vehicles Tax Act, 1958 (Bom. LXV of 1958) read with clause (2) of rule 16A of the Gujarat Motor Vehicles Tax Rules, 1959, the Government of Gujarat hereby amends the Government Notification, Ports and Transport Department No. GH/PT/2023/8/MVD/102022/2296/KH, dated the 28th April, 2023, as under:
