NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th January, 2025 S.O. 578(E).—In pursuance of sub section (a) of section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said act), the Central Government hereby authorizes the person mentioned in column (1) of the table given below to perform the functions of the Competent Authority under the said Act for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited in the respect of areas mentioned in column
(2) for its operational petroleum pipeline laid under the said Act mentioned in the column (3) of the said table:
