और केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन जबछान ेके प्रयोिन के जलए यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता ि ैदक ऐसी भूजम म ें िो इस से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णित ि,ै जिसमें उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाई िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव ि,ै उपयोग के अजधकार का अिनि दकया िाए;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 7th September, 2026 S.O. 4923(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that QPS KOLWADA TO LIM-108 (8" Trunk Line) in Gujarat State should be laid by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the Right of User in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the Schedule annexed hereto;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of the Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
