और, यतः केन्द्र सरकार ने, जविषे आर्थसक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठठत उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, वाजणज्य एवं उद्योग मत्रं ालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ.1980(अ) दिनांक 16 नवंबर, 2006 द्वारा उपयुसक्त जविेष आर्थसक िोन में 22.34 हक्ट्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अजधसूजचत दकया था। इसके बाि, वाजणज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 388(अ) दिनांक 06 माच,स 2012 द्वारा उपयुसक्त जविेष आर्थसक िोन म ें िो अजतठरक्त क्षेत्रों (1.8600 हक्ट्े टेयर और 5.0917 हक्ट्े टेयर) अजधसूजचत एवं एक आंजिक क्षत्रे (3.0980 हक्ट्े टेयर) को अनजधसूजचत दकया गया था;

और यतः, म.ै मान्यता प्रमोटस स प्राइवेट जलजमटेड ने अब उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थसक िोन में से 2.10 हक्ट्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह;ै 5558 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और, यतः, कनासटक सरकार न े पत्र संख्या सीआई 105 एसपीआई दिनांक 11 मई, 2023 के तहत प्रस्ट्ताव को अपनी मंिूरी िे िी ह;ै और, यतः, जवकास आयुक्त, कोचीन जविेष आर्थसक िोन ने 2.10 हक्ट्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अनजधसचू त करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की जसफाठरि की हIै अनजधसचू ना के बाि, उक्त क्षेत्र का उपयोग आईटी/आईटीईएस क्षेत्र म ें डीटीए इकाई को आवंटन के जलए दकया िाएगा;

और, यतः, केंद्र सरकार इस बात स े संतुष्ट ह ैदक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) और अन्य संबंजधत आवश्यकताओं को परू ा कर जलया गया ह;ै अतः अब, जविेष आर्थसक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के िसू रे परन्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए और जविेष आर्थसक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनसु रण म ें केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा

2.10 हक्ट्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थसक िोन स े अनजधसूजचत करती है, जिसके पठरमाणतः एसइिडे का कुल क्षेत्रफल 24.1017 हक्ट्े टेयर हो िाएगा। अनजधसूचना के जलए जनम्नजलजखत ताजलका म ें उल्लेजखत सवे संख्यायें और क्षेत्र िाजमल ह,ै अथासत:् - अनजधसजू चत क्षत्रे हते ुताजलका क्र. स.ं गााँव का नाम सवे संख्या कुल क्षेत्रफल (हक्ट्े टेयर में)

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th August, 2023 S.O. 3842(E).—Whereas, M/s. Manyata Promoters Private Limited, a private organisation, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up an Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services (including Electronic Hardware and Software) Special Economic Zone at Villages Rachenahalli, Nagavara and Tanisandra, District Bangalore, in the State of Karnataka;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified an area of 22.34 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 1980(E) dated 16th November, 2006. Subsequently, vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 388(E) dated[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 06th March, 2012, two additional areas (1.8600 hectares and 5.0917 hectares) were notified and one partial area (3.0980 hectares) was de-notified at the above Special Economic Zone;

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Manyata Promoters Private Limited has now proposed for de-notification of

2.10 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;

AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Karnataka has given its approval to the proposal vide letter No. CI 105 SPI 2023 dated 11th May, 2023;

AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Cochin SEZ has recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 2.10 hectares of the Special Economic Zone. Further, the area after de-notification will be utilized for allocation to DTA unit in IT/ITES sector;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 2.10 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 24.1017 hectares.
