1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारंभ – (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम प्रसार भारती (भारतीय प्रसारण जनगम) कजनष्ठ प्रसारण अजभयंता, समूह ‘ख’ पि भती जनयम, 2026 ह।ै

(2) ये जनयम रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे।

2. पि सख्ं या, िगीकरण और िते न मट्रै रक्स म ें स्ट्तर- उि पि की संख्या, उसका िगीकरण और िेतन मैट्ररक्स म ें उसका स्ट्तर िह होगा, िो इन जनयमों स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) स ेस्ट्तंभ (4) में जिजनर्िष्टग ह।ैं

3. भती की पद्धजत, आय-ु सीमा, अहतग ाएं, आदि-उि पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आय-ु सीमा, अहतग ाए ं और उससे संबंजधत अन्य बात ें िे होंगी, िो पिू ोि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) म ेंजिजनर्िगष्ट ह।ैं 6797 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]

4. जनरहतग ा – िह व्यजि- (क) जिसन,े ऐसे व्यजि से, जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजित ह,ै जििाह दकया ह ैया जििाह की संजििा की ह;ै या (ख) जिसन े ,अपन े पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजित रहत े हुए, दकसी व्यजि स े जििाह दकया ह ैया जििाह की संजििा की है उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा:

परंतु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाता ह ै दक ऐसा जििाह ऐसे व्यजि और जििाह के अन्य पिकार को लागू स्ट्िीय जिजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय ह ै और ऐसा करन े के जलए अन्य आधार ह ैं तो िह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रितगन स ेछूट िे सकेगी।

5. जिजथल करन े की िजि- िहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय ह ै दक ऐसा करना आिश्यक या समीचीन ह,ै िहा ं िह उसके जलए िो कारण ह ैं उन्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी िग ग या प्रिग ग के व्यजियों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

6. व्यािजृ त्त - इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरिण, आय-ु सीमा म ें छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाि नहीं डालेगी, जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध म ें समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आििे ों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड े िगों, भूतपूि ग सैजनकों और अन्य जििेष प्रिग ग के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजित ह।ै अनसु चू ी पि का नाम पि की िगीकरण िते न मट्रै रक्स म ेंस्ट्तर चयन सीध ेभती दकए सख्ं या या िान ेिाल े अचयन व्यजियों के जलए पि आय ुसीमा

11. 12. 13. प्रोन्नजत: प्रोन्नजत के जलए लागू नहीं होता। संबंजधत पिों के जलए प्रसार भारती के जिजनय1म. ों के अपर महाजनिेिक (अजभयांजत्रकी), जनबंधनों में जिजहत प्रोन्नजत कोटा से 40 प्रजतित िो जनगम में प्रजतजनयुि पर माने गए जचजन्हत ट्ररजियां प्रजतजनयजु ि पर मानी िाएगी। हों -अध्यि;

िेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर-6 (रु. 35,400–1,12,4020. ) में उप महाजनिेिक (अजभयांजत्रकी) या ऐसे ज्येष्ठ प्रसारण तकनीजियन, जिन्होंने उस श्रेणी में जनिेिक (अजभयांजत्रकी), िो जनगम पााँच िषग की जनयजमत सेिा की हो और आकाििाणी या में प्रजतजनयजु ि पर माने गए हों िरू ििगन में सुचारु प्रसारण या टेजलजििन प्रसारण के – सिस्ट्य;

जलए प्रयुि तकनीकी अिसंरचना की स्ट्थापन3ा . और प्रिासन के उप जनिेिक या संचालन और अनुरिण संबंधी तीन सप्ताह का प्रजििण अजभयांजत्रकी – सिस्ट्य। सफलतापूिगक पूरा दकया हो। पजु ष्ट के जलए : ट्रटप्पण: चूाँदक इस पि के जलए पट्ररिीिा िहााँ ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में, जिन्होंने अपनी अिजध नहीं ह,ै अतः पुजष्ट सजमजत की अहकग या पात्रता सेिा पूरी कर ली है, प्रोन्नजत के जलए आिश्यकता नहीं ह।ै जिचार दकया िा रहा हो, िहां उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में भी जिचार दकया िाएगा, परंतु यह तब िब दक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहकग या पात्रता सेिा, अपजे ित अहकग या पात्रता सेिा के आधे से अजधक से या िो िषग से, इनमें से िो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजहत, जिन्होंने ऐसी अहकग या पात्रता सेिा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पट्ररिीिा की अिजध सफलतापूिगक पूरी कर ली हो। सीजमत जिभागीय प्रजतयोगी परीिा द्वारा :

संबंजधत पिों के जलए प्रसार भारती के जिजनयमों के जनबंधनों में जिजहत प्रोन्नजत कोटा से 60 प्रजतित जचजन्हत ट्ररजियां प्रजतजनयजु ि पर मानी िाएगी। िेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर-6 (₹35,400–1,12,400) में ऐसे ज्येष्ठ प्रसारण तकनीजियन, जिन्होंने सीजमत जिभागीय प्रजतयोगी परीिा के आधार पर उस श्रेणी में 2.5 िषग की जनयजमत सेिा की हो। [फा. स. ं 501/2/2011-बीएई] पृथुल कुमार, संयुि सजचि ट्रटप्पण:-

2. इन जनयमों म ें अंतर्िगष्ट दकसी बात के होत े हुए भी, यह स्ट्पष्ट दकया िाता ह ैदक कजनष्ठ प्रसारण अजभयंता के जिलय दकए गए पि के जलए य े भती जनयम अनन्य रूप स े 01.04.2000 से पहल े भती दकए गए कमगचाट्ररयों अथागत प्रसार भारती में प्रजतजनयुजि पर माने गए सरकारी कमगचाट्ररयों पर लागू होंग।े MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND BROADCASTING

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd September, 2026 G.S.R. 780(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the All India Radio (Class II Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1962 and All India Radio (Group ‘C’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 1979 in so far as they relate to the posts of Senior Engineering Assistant and Engineering Assistant, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President, hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Junior Broadcast Engineer in Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) (Group ‘B’) under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, namely: –

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Junior Broadcast Engineer, Group 'B' Post, Recruitment Rules, 2026.

(2) These rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix. – The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. . – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualification: No Person –

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for

appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. –Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Savings. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

2. Not with standing anything contained in these rules, it is hereby clarified that these recruitment rules for the merged post of Junior Broadcast Engineer shall apply exclusively to the employees recruited prior to

01.04.2000, i.e., Government employees on deemed deputation to the Prasar Bharati.
