1. सवं िप्त नाम और प्रारंभ – (1) इन वनयमों का संजिप्त नाम प्रसार भारती ज्यष्ठे प्रसारण तकनीवशयन समूह ‘ख’ पि भती वनयम, 2026 ह।ै

2. पि सख्ं या, वगीकरण और वते न मट्रै रक्स म ेंस्ट्तर- उक्त पि की सख्ं या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स म ेंउसका स्ट्तर वह होगा, िो इन जनयमों स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) स ेस्ट्तंभ (4) म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट ह।ैं

3. भती की पद्धजत, आय ु-सीमा, अहतग ाएं, आदि- उक्त पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आय-ु सीमा, अहतग ाएं और उससे संबंजधत अन्य बात ें वे होंगी, िो पवू ोक्त अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) म ेंजवजनर्िगष्ट ह।ैं

4. जनरहतग ा – वह व्यजक्त- (क) जिसन े ऐसे व्यजक्त से, जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत ह,ै जववाह दकया ह ैया जववाह की संजविा की ह;ै या (ख) जिसन े अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजक्त स े जववाह दकया ह ैया जववाह की संजविा की ह ै उक्त पि पर जनयुजक्त का पात्र नहीं होगा:

परंत ु यदि केंद्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाता ह ैदक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजक्त और जववाह के अन्य पिकार को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनज्ञु ेय ह ै और ऐसा करन े के जलए अन्य आधार ह ैं तो वह दकसी व्यजक्त को इस जनयम के प्रवतनग से छूट िे सकेगी।

5. जिजिल करन े की िजक्त- िहा ं केंद्रीय सरकार की यह राय ह ै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन ह,ै वहा ं वह उसके जलए िो कारण ह ैंउन्ह ेंलखे बद्ध करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी वगग या प्रवग गके व्यजक्तयों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजिल कर सकेगी।

6. व्यावजृ त्त - इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरिण, आय-ु सीमा म ें छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जिनका केंद्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध म ें समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड ेवगों, भूतपूव ग सैजनकों और अन्य जविषे प्रवग ग के व्यजक्तयों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजित ह।ै अनसु चू ी पि का नाम। पदों की िगीकरण। वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर। चयन या सीधे भती दकए िाने वाले संख्या। अचयन पद। व्यजक्तयों के वलए आयु सीमा।

(ii) सीजमत जवभागीय प्रजतयोगी परीिा द्वारा — ट्ररजक्तयों का 95 प्रजतित प्रोन्नजत कोटे से, उन व्यजक्तयों के जलए जनधागट्ररत होगा, जिन्हें प्रजतजनयुजक्त पर माना गया है, िैसा दक प्रसार भारती के जवजनयमों के जनबंधनों में संबंजधत पिों के जलए जवजहत ह।ै ट्रटप्पण: सीजमत जवभागीय प्रजतयोगी परीिा के जलए पात्रता मानिंड — डीज़ल इंिन ड्राइवर जिन्होंने वेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर-2 (रु. 19900–63200) में पि पर नौ वषग जनयजमत सेवा की हो तिा हल्े पर जिन्होंने वेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर-1 (रु. 18000–56900) में पि पर ग्यारह वषग जनयजमत स ेवा की हो। प्रोन्नजत या प्रवतवनयुवि / आमेलन द्वारा भती की यदद जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सवमवत ह,ै तो उसकी संरचना । भती करने में दकन ििा में, वे श्रेजणयां वजनसे प्रोन्नजत या पट्ररजस्ट्िजतयों में संघ प्रवतवनयुवि / आमेलन दकया िाएगा लोक सेिा आयोग से परामशा दकया िाएगा।

11. 12. 13. प्रोन्नजत: समहू ‘ख’ जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत (प्रोन्नजत पर जवचार लाग ूनहीं होता। करन ेके जलए) जिसम ेंजनम्नजलजखत होंग:े डीज़ल इंिन ड्राइवर, जिन्होंने वेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर-2 (रु. 19900–63200) में पि पर अठारह 1. उप महाजनिेिक (इंिीजनयरी), वषग जनयजमत सेवा की हो तिा प्रसारण या जनगम में डीम्ड प्रजतजनयुजक्त पर – अध्यि;

टेलीकासस्ट्टंग के जलए अपेजित स्ट्टूजडयो और

2. जनिेिक (इंिीजनयरी) या रांसजमिन उपकरणों के प्रचालन और अनुरिण म ें उप जनिेिक (इंिीजनयरी), तीन सप्ताह का इन-हाउस प्रजििण सफलतापूवगक जनगम में डीम्ड प्रजतजनयुजक्त पर – सिस्ट्य; पूणग दकया हो।

3. उप जनिेिक (प्रिासन) – सिस्ट्य। समहू ‘ख’ जवभागीय पजु ष्ट सजमजत (पजु ष्ट पर जवचार करन ेके ट्रटप्पण: जलए) जिसम ेंजनम्नजलजखत होंग:े िहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजक्तयों के संबंध में, जिन्होंन े

1. उप महाजनिेिक (इंिीजनयरी), अपनी अहकग या पात्रता सेवा परू ी कर ली है, जनगम में डीम्ड प्रजतजनयुजक्त पर – अध्यि; प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचाराधीन हैं, वहां उनके ज्येष्ठ

2. जनिेिक (इंिीजनयरी) या व्यजक्तयों के संबंध में भी जवचार दकया िाएगा, उप जनिेिक (इंिीजनयरी), परंतु यह तब िब दक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी जनगम में डीम्ड (प्रजतजनयुजक्त) पर – सिस्ट्य; अहकग या पात्रता सेवा, अपेजित अहकग या पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अजधक या िो वषग, इनमें से िो भी 3. उप जनिेिक (प्रिासन) – सिस्ट्य।4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] कम हो, से कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐस े कजनष्ठों सजहत, जिन्होंने ऐसी अहगक या पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली ह,ै अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत हते ु अपनी पट्ररवीिा अवजध सफलतापूवगक पूरी कर ली हो। [फा. स.ं वी-13014/1/2019-बीएई] पृिुल कुमार, संयुक् त सजचव ट्रटप्पण:-

1. ये वनयम सभी ज्येष्ठ प्रसारण तकनीवशयन और उनके फीडर कैडरों की उन सरकारी कमाचाररयों की सेिावनिृवत्त पर जवद्यमान नहीं रहगें े, जो वनगम में डीम्ड प्रवतवनयुवि पर ह ैंऔर 01.04.2000 से पहले भती दकए गए हैं।

2. इन वनयमों में अतं र्वगष्ट दकसी बात के होते हुए भी, यह स्पष्ट दकया जाता ह ैदक ज्येष्ठ प्रसारण तकनीवशयन के विलय दकए गए पद के वलए ये भती वनयम अनन्य रूप से 01.04.2000 से पहले भती दकए गए कमाचाररयों अर्ाात प्रसार भारती में डीम्ड प्रवतवनयुवि पर सरकारी कमाचाट्ररयों, पर लागू होंग।े MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND BROADCASTING

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th April, 2026 G.S.R. 314(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the All India Radio (Class III posts) Recruitment Rules, 1964 in so far as they relate to the posts of Senior Technician and Diesel Technician, All India Radio (Group ‘C’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 1979 in so far as they relate to the post of Mast Technician and All India Radio Senior Technician Grades I and II and Technician (Group C Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1995 in so far as they relate to the post of Technician, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President, hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Broadcast Technician in Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Prasar Bharati Senior Broadcast Technician, Group 'B' Post, Recruitment Rules, 2026.

(2) These rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and pay level in pay matrix. - The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualification. – No Person, –

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5

6. Savings. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex- Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

Note:-

1. These rules shall cease to exist on superannuation of all Senior Broadcast Technician and its feeder Cadres from the Government servants who are on deemed deputation to the Corporation and recruited prior to 01.04.2000.

2. Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, it is hereby clarified that these Recruitment Rules for the merged post of Senior Broadcast Technician shall apply exclusively to the employees recruited prior to

01.04.2000, i.e., Government employees on deemed deputation to Prasar Bharati.
