2. सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी अजधजनयम 2000 (2000 का 21) की धारा 70 की उप-धारा (2) के अनुसार, केंद्र सरकार संरजित प्रणाजलयों के अजभगम के जलए जनम्नजलजखत कर्मडयों को अजधकृत करती ह,ै अर्ाडत:् - (क) भारतीय रेल द्वारा अजधकृत पिनाजमत कमडचारी। (ख) संजविात्मक प्रबंजधत सेवा प्रिाता या तृतीय-पि जवक्रेता के अजधकृत टीम सिस्ट्य जिन्ह ें भारतीय रेल द्वारा आवश्यकता आधाररत अजभगम हते ु अजधकृत दकया गया है; और (ग) भारतीय रेल द्वारा मामले-िर-मामले के आधार पर अजधकृत परामिडिाता, जवजनयामक, सरकारी अजधकारी, लेखापरीिक और जहतधारक। 5526 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th August, 2023 S.O. 3828(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 70 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000), the Central Government hereby declares the computer resources relating to the following railway systems, being Critical Information Infrastructure of Indian Railways and the computer resources of its associated dependencies to be Protected Systems for the purposes of the said Act, namely: - ➢ Railway Traction Power SCADA of all divisions.

2. Sub-section (2) of section 70 of the Information Technology Act 2000 (21 of 2000), the Central Government authorizes the following personnel to access the Protected Systems, namely: -

(a) any designated employee authorised by Indian Railways.

(b) any authorised team members of contractual managed service provider or third-party vendor who have been authorised by Indian Railways for need based access; and

(c) any consultant, regulator, government official, auditor and stakeholder authorised by Indian Railways on case to case basis.

3. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. [F.
