NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT SOCIAL WELFARE AND WOMEN EMPOWERMENT DEPARTMENT AMENDMENTS TO TAMIL NADU HOSTELS AND HOMES FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN

(REGULATION) RULES, 2015. [G.O. Ms. No. 103, Social Welfare and Women Empowerment [SW3(1)], 4th December 2025] காார்த்திகைகா 18, விசுவாாவாசு, திருவாள்ளுவார் ஆண்டு-2056.] No. SRO A-35(a)/2025.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Hostels and Homes for Women and Children (Regulation) Act, 2014 (Tamil Nadu Act 18 of 2014), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Hostels and Homes for Women and Children (Regulation) Rules, 2015, namely.- Amendments In the said Rules,-

1. In rule 5, in sub-rule (2), for the expression "120 sq.ft" the expression "50 sq.ft" shall be substituted; and

2. In Form-II, in condition number 4, for the expression "120 sq.ft", the expression "50 sq.ft" shall be substituted.
