ORDER Mumbai, the 29th July, 2024 S.O. 3049(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 9, clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 12 and sub-rule (1) of

rule 24 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, the President hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Department of Atomic Energy, number S.O.1317(E), dated the 16th May, 2013, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-

section (ii), dated the 22nd May, 2013, namely:- In the said Order, under the heading “Part-II - GENERAL CENTRAL SERVICE, GROUP ‘C’ ” , for serial number 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: -- 1 2 3 4 5 6 “ 8 Posts in Nuclear Director, (Personnel Director, All Chief Executive, Recycle Board, and Administration) or (Personnel and Nuclear Recycle Mumbai; BARC Chief Administrative Administration) or Board '' Facilities Officer, Nuclear Recycle Chief Administrative
