Government of India Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoPNG) Kartavya Bhawan-03, New Delhi Applications are invited in the prescribed format for filling up the post of Member in Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB), Delhi.

2. The duly filled in application form along with the desired documents should reach the office of the Joint Secretary (Gas Division), MoPNG, Kartavya Bhawan 3, New Delhi-110001 within 30 days from the date of issue of this advertisement in National Daily paper.

Nominations/Applications are hereby invited for consideration of the Search Committee for selection to the post of Member, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board.
2. The qualification, term of office, condition of the service including salaries and allowances payable to and the other terms and conditions of service of Member, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board is governed by the PNGRB Act, 2006 and the rules notified thereunder. The Act and the Rules notified thereunder are also
available on the website at https://pngrb.gov.in.
3. Bio-data of persons fulfilling the requisite qualifications may be

Educational Qualifications Previous Employment / xii. Experience Details (enclose details of experience as per PNGRB Act, 2006) xiii. Attach one page write-up of your expectation from the job *4. The appointment shall be subject to the provisions of Section 5 of the PNGRB Act, 2006, under which the Member shall hold office for a term of five years from the date of entering upon office or until attaining the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.”5. Last date for receiving applications is 30 days from date of issue of advertisement in the National Daily newspapers.
6. The applications in the prescribed proforma may be forwarded along with following documents (whichever is applicable):- i. Special Achievements/Field of Specialization. ii. Vigilance Status (VS/IC/PC).
iii. A statement showing major/minor penalties imposed during the last ten years. iv. APAR dossiers containing APARs for the last ten years. In case of photocopies of APAR dossiers, every page should be duly attested by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Govt. of India.
7. Application received after the closing date or without the APARs dossier (or attested photocopies of APARs) or otherwise found incomplete or not in the prescribed pro forma are liable to be rejected.
Advance copies of application received after the last date or otherwise found incomplete are liable to be rejected.
8. For candidates serving in Government/ Public Sector, the applications shall be duly forwarded by the competent authority.
9. While forwarding the applications, it may be verified and a certificate may be furnished to the effect that the particulars furnished by the officer are correct. It may also be confirmed that in the event of selection for appointment, the officer concerned will be relieved of his duties.
10. The Search Committee reserves the right to consider persons other than those nominated or who have applied.
